We begin by gaining a complete understanding of the company as well as the position. We then assist in position specification development. We identify, interview and present the candidate. We conduct reference checking, offer negotiation, and closing. We always implement candidate follow up.

Typically we contact between 35 to 50 candidates per search. Then we interview the most outstanding candidates. We then present the four or five most highly qualified candidates. We strive to complete our search process in less than 90 days.
